Idea is to take small baby steps that can bring results - like really enjoy your food without feeling guilty.

Lesson Activity

You might be wondering what the expectations are. 

Here are a few guidelines to get most of this challenge.

  • Commit 10-15 minutes daily to work on the lessons.
    In order to get results from the challenge, complete the lesson before 8 PM. Lessons are easy to follow and created in a specific order to create results.
  • Do the daily homework. Actions bring results.
  • Show up here for live coaching and Q&A. This is where you have access to me to discuss daily topics.
  • Post your questions and comments under daily graphics before 7 pm so that I can answer them live.
